Overview
Our lever arm is a custom injection molded black part that combines a slim tapered bar with a solid hub at one end. The hub carries a round through-bore for a shaft or bolt, and a recessed pocket sits next to the bore on the same face. The bar tapers from the hub down to a rounded tip, which keeps the section light while the arm still holds its shape. We mold each arm to the customer 3D specification, and we do not supply the shaft, spring or finished mechanism.

Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize arm length, bar width and thickness, bore diameter, pocket size and position, taper angle and plastic grade including PA, POM, ABS and PC. We support color matching, matte or textured finish, and molded markings on the flat side of the bar. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on bore wall thickness and taper draft are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the lever arm passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and bore diameter and bar thickness are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
