Overview
A printed plastic toy block is molded in one piece. The body is a solid cylinder with a through bore in the top face, so a rod passes straight through and the parts stack into a frame or a figure. The wall carries the artwork you supply, printed in one pass.
Building parts sit beside this block. Our embossed animal toy block raises its shape in the mold, the ball and rod building blocks join through molded sockets, and the stacking blocks interlock as a set; this printed plastic toy block takes its face from your artwork instead.
Key Features & Benefits
- Solid body — the cylinder comes off the tool as one piece
- Through bore — a rod passes straight through the block
- Printed wall — the artwork sits where your file puts it
- Even wall — the section holds around the bore
- One cycle — the body and the bore are formed in one tool
Because a printed plastic toy block is molded to your 3D file, the bore and the face repeat cavity to cavity.
Customization Options
Diameter, height, bore size, print artwork and resin all come from your 3D file, so a printed plastic toy block is molded for the set you already build.
- Diameter and height — set to your set size
- Bore — sized to your rod
- Print — screen or pad printed to the artwork you supply
- Resin — picked to the duty and the finish at your end
- Color — black, gray or another shade, single or two-tone
Quality & Delivery
Tooling for a printed plastic toy block is cut in our own shop, and the first article of every part is gauged against your 3D file — diameter, height, bore and the seat on the rod — before the run is released.
Mold faces are polished to the sheen your 3D file calls for, the gate is trimmed flush with the wall, and the print is laid down in register with the artwork. Lead time is quoted with the unit price and held to the date, and each batch is gauged before packing.
We mold each printed plastic toy block to your 3D file, so the body, the bore and the print follow the model. Send the 3D file and we return a quotation with the tool cost and the unit price.
