Overview
Our precision tool handle is a custom injection molded pen-shaped body with a slide button pocket, a cone tip collar and grip grooves along the barrel. The slide button sits in a recessed oval window so the thumb pad moves flush with the surface, and the molded cone at the front holds a small metal barrel and needle on centre. The barrel carries an ABS material marking, and the rear end is rounded to sit in the palm. We mold the handle strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the metal tip, spring, switch or finished tool.

Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize handle length, barrel diameter, button pocket size, tip collar bore, grip groove spacing and plastic grade including ABS, PC, POM and PA. We support color matching, matte, glossy or soft-touch finish, and molded lettering such as material codes or your brand mark. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on button pocket depth and tip bore tolerance are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the precision tool handle passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and tip bore and button pocket depth are checked with a gauge on each production lot.
