Overview
A three-way plastic connector joins three runs of flexible tubing at one corner. Three cylindrical barrels meet at right angles in one hollow body, and each barrel carries a bore that the tube pushes into. Longitudinal ribs stand inside the bore wall, so the wall keeps its round section while the tube is pressed home.
Our plastic pipe elbow turns a run through a right angle with a port at each end and a perforated cutout, and the black pipe tee is molded threaded and push-fit; this three-way plastic connector has three ports, keeps every face closed and takes soft tubing on a smooth bore.
Key Features & Benefits
- Three ports in one body — a line branches without a second fitting
- Hollow bores — the tube pushes in over a smooth bore
- Internal ribs — the bore wall stays round where the tube seats
- Molded in one cycle — your line skips welding and assembly
A three-way plastic connector is molded hollow in one shot, so the bore and the branch angle follow your 3D file.
Customization Options
Bore diameter, bore depth and the angle between the barrels are taken from your 3D file, so a three-way plastic connector is built for the tubing you already run.
- Bore diameter and depth — sized to your tubing
- Port layout — the branch angle comes from your 3D file
- Wall and ribs — set to the fit and the duty the part sees
- Resin — selected to suit the fluid and the service at your end
- Color — white, green or another shade, single or two-tone
Quality & Delivery
Every three-way plastic connector we mold is measured against your 3D file before the run is released. Bore diameters, port positions and the angle between the barrels are gauged on the first article, and wall thickness is read at the junction.
We mold each three-way plastic connector to your 3D file, so the bore, the port angle and the wall follow the model. Send the 3D file with your tubing and we return a quotation with the tool cost and the unit price.
Related Capabilities
Smooth-bore fluid parts sit beside this three-way plastic connector. The plastic tube clamp connector takes a square and round bore, the PVC socket elbow runs a water line, and the hose barb fitting carries a molded stem. Where a line has to split into five, the black five-way cross pipe fitting covers it.
We also mold hollow parts for other duties — the custom corner connector supports a panel joint, and the drainage nozzle handles a machine drain spout. Tooling is cut in our own mold making shop, and jobs run on our injection molding service. Send your 3D file for a quotation.
