Flanged Bearing Cover | CNC Machined with a Seal Ring

A flanged bearing cover machined as one piece to close a bearing seat.

– One piece — hub, flange and groove in one setup
– Bore threaded — cut true to your 3D file
– Holes on position — each meets the seat
– Groove square — the ring beds true
– Faces flat — the flange lands on the housing
– First article gauged — checked to your 3D file

Overview

A flanged bearing cover closes a bearing seat with one machined piece. A round flange carries counterbored holes, and a raised hub stands in the middle of the face with a threaded bore through it. A black ring sits in the groove that runs around the skirt, and the flange face beds against the housing.

Our custom machined bushing and sleeve runs inside a bore as a shaft guide, and the custom machined flange and disc pairs a flange with a flat disc; this flanged bearing cover is machined as a cover with a threaded hub and a ring groove.

Key Features & Benefits

  • One piece — hub, flange and ring groove come off one setup
  • Bore threaded — the thread is cut with the cover held in one setup
  • Counterbored holes — each hole carries a flat seat for a cap screw
  • Ring groove — a black ring beds down in the groove around the skirt
  • Face flat — the flange face lands flat on the housing

A flanged bearing cover is machined from one piece, so the hub, the thread and the hole pattern stay in step part after part.

Customization Options

Flange diameter, flange thickness, hub height, thread size, hole pattern, ring groove depth and ring section come from your 3D file, so a flanged bearing cover is cut for the seat you already run.

  • Flange diameter and thickness — matched to your housing
  • Thread size and hub height — taken from your 3D file
  • Hole pattern — placed to match the seat
  • Ring groove — sized to the ring your 3D file calls for
  • Metal and finish — as your 3D file calls for

Quality & Delivery

Every flanged bearing cover we machine is measured against your 3D file before the run is released. Flange diameter, hub height, thread size and hole positions are gauged on the first article, and the ring groove is checked against the ring that beds in it.

We machine each flanged bearing cover to your 3D file, so the hub, the thread and the hole pattern follow the model. Send the 3D file and we return a quotation with the unit price and the lead time.

Related Capabilities

Housings and shafts sit beside this flanged bearing cover. The machined metal housing leaves the machine as a closed shell, the custom machined structural parts start as aluminum blocks, and the custom round sleeve runs as a shaft guide.

Threaded metal runs on the same machines — the chrome leveling foot sets its height on a thread, the plastic flanged hub carries a flange on a wheel body, and the custom flange socket base holds a tube in a flanged base. Send your 3D file for a quotation.
