Overview
A curved plastic bracket is a molded arm that holds a panel or a guard off an aluminum profile at an angle. It is molded in one piece: a swept body, a raised boss with a counterbored hole at the head, and a plain through hole at the foot. The arc between them sets the angle.
The boss is the working end of a curved plastic bracket. It stands square to the head face and its counterbore takes a screw head flush, so the arm pulls down flat on the profile without a washer.
It sits beside the brackets we mold. Our connecting bracket links two rods, the reinforced mounting bracket carries ribs, and the U shaped bracket is a channel with an eye boss.
Key Features & Benefits
- Body: a swept arm molded to the arc in your file
- Boss: a raised ring at the head with a counterbore
- Foot: a plain through hole on the same center line
- Flanks: a full section around the curve
- Seats: two flat pads that bed on the profile
Because a curved plastic bracket is molded to your 3D file, the arc, the boss and the hole spacing repeat cavity to cavity, so every arm in a run pulls down to the same angle and the same offset.
Customization Options
Arc, arm length, boss height, bore, resin and color all come from your 3D file, so a curved plastic bracket is molded for the frame and the panel you have.
- Body: arc, length and section
- Boss: height, bore and counterbore
- Foot hole: size and position
- Seats: pad size where the arm meets the rail
- Color: a black grade, a shade you match or a two tone split
- Finish: a matte face or the sheen your 3D file calls for
Quality & Delivery
Tooling for a curved plastic bracket is cut in our own mold shop, and the first article is gauged against your 3D file, arc to boss height and bore included, before the run is released.
Mold faces are finished to the sheen your 3D file calls for, the gate is trimmed flush on the back, and the boss comes off the mold square so a screw head beds flat. Lead time is quoted with the unit price and held to the date, and each batch is gauged before packing.
We mold every curved plastic bracket to your 3D file, so the arc, the boss and the holes follow the model. Send the 3D file for a quotation with the tool cost and the unit price.

Arms and brackets sit beside this curved plastic bracket. Our angle bracket turns a corner, the L shaped corner bracket joins two panels, and the curved pull handle is a grip on the same sweep.
The arm also works with the modular mounting frame on a rail. Tooling and molding both run in house, on our mold making floor and our injection molding service presses.
