Overview

A five-way tube connector is molded in one cycle. One socket stands vertical on a cross body, and four more sockets open at right angles to it, so five runs of round tube meet at a single node. Triangular gusset ribs bridge the sockets and hold each opening square in the frame.

Frame nodes sit beside this part. Our three-way plastic connector joins three runs at a corner, the black pipe tee is molded threaded and push-fit, and the custom corner connector supports a panel joint; this five-way tube connector ties five round tubes at one point.

Key Features & Benefits

  • Five sockets — all of them cut in one tool, so the bores sit in one body
  • Straight sockets — the tube sleeves in and each wall keeps its round section
  • Gusset ribs — the webs stand where your model puts them
  • Hollow body — the sockets run through, so the node stays light
  • One node — four sockets on one plane, the fifth square to that plane

Because a five-way tube connector is molded to your 3D file, every socket comes off the tool at the size the model sets.

Customization Options

Socket bore, socket depth, wall section, gusset layout and resin all come from your 3D file, so a five-way tube connector is molded for the frame you already build.

  • Socket bore — sized to your tube
  • Socket count and angle — set where the model puts each port
  • Gusset ribs — sectioned to the load at the node
  • Resin — picked to the duty, indoor or outdoor
  • Color — black, gray or another shade, single or two-tone

Quality & Delivery

Tooling for a five-way tube connector is cut in our own shop, and the first article of every part is gauged against your 3D file — socket bore, socket depth, socket angle and gusset section — before the run is released.

Mold faces are polished to the sheen your 3D file calls for, the gate is trimmed flush with the socket wall, and the gussets leave the tool without flash. Lead time is quoted with the unit price and held to the date, and each batch is gauged before packing.

We mold each five-way tube connector to your 3D file, so the sockets, the gussets and the wall follow the model. Send the 3D file and we return a quotation with the tool cost and the unit price.

Related Capabilities

Frame joints sit beside this five-way tube connector. The plastic frame connector bolts to a machine frame, the custom flange socket base takes a square tube insert, and the plastic tube clamp connector sets a tube in place.

Tooling and molding both run in house — on our mold making floor and our injection molding service presses. Send your 3D file for a quotation.
