Overview
Our cream rocker switch is a custom injection molded front assembly for a wall or panel mounted lighting switch. A single rocker paddle sits inside a rectangular faceplate frame with a small indicator window at the top of the paddle, and the ribbed side wall locks the body into a mounting frame. Rounded corners keep the faceplate flush on a wall box, and the molded gap around the paddle leaves room for the rocker to tilt. We mold the plastic body strictly to your drawing, and we do not supply the contacts, wiring or finished switch mechanism.
Key Features & Benefits
– Rocker paddle — the paddle sits in a molded frame with an even gap, so it tilts without scraping
– Indicator window — a molded opening takes a lens or lamp so the switch state stays visible
– Ribbed side wall — the ribs press against the mounting frame and hold the body in place
– Rounded faceplate corners — the radius lets the plate sit flush on a wall box
– Smooth front surface — the molded face wipes clean in kitchens, halls and bathrooms
– One molded body — faceplate and frame come from a single tool, so there is no separate bezel
Customization Options
Full OEM & ODM injection molding service. We customize faceplate size, paddle height, indicator window position and shape, rib layout, wall thickness and plastic grade including ABS, PC and PC/ABS. We support color matching in cream, white or any custom tone, matte or glossy finish, and molded text or icon markings on the paddle. Tooling design support and DFM feedback on paddle gap and rib draft are included before mold making.
Quality & Delivery
Every batch of the rocker switch passes dimensional inspection against the customer drawing before shipment, and paddle gap and rib height are checked with a gauge on each production lot. First article samples with a full inspection report are provided for approval. Send your 3D file or sample for a quick quotation.
